Robert Raymond Henderson was born on July 13, 1946 in Canada.[1]
Robert died on April 28, 1994 in Saint John, St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, aged 47.[1] [2]
At the start of a cross-country transit, Sea King 12425 had an engine malfunction near Saint John New Brunswick, followed by an explosion and fire. Engulfed in smoke, the two pilots managed a survivable landing that saved two crew members. But the two pilots, Major Walter ('Wally') Charles SWEETMAN and Major Robert ('Bob') Raymond HENDERSON, died in the accident.
